Over the course of a year, we worked with the Business Messaging Team in an embedded capacity on approximately 21 initiatives. The highlighted section below covers the six months during which I served as the Solution Lead, overseeing all tracks.
During this period, I led a team of 3-5 Product Designers, providing guidance and leadership while also taking on design responsibilities myself as the Lead Designer for several tracks.
In my leadership role, I focused on advocating for Punchcut Designers, removing barriers, facilitating knowledge sharing, and guiding them in presentation skills and consulting strategies.
I created Figma task and project trackers to create better visibility and enhance project management efficiencies. This system allowed the team to monitor progress in real time, ensuring that all project milestones were met on schedule and facilitating smoother collaboration across different project phases.
